By accessing this website or registering for any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

• Admission is confirmed only after submission of required documents (ID proof, academic mark sheets, photograph) and payment of the applicable admission fee.
• Parivartan reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application at its discretion.
• Course fee, duration, and eligibility criteria are subject to change without prior notice.

• Courses are offered in job-oriented, university, vocational, and P.I.M.C categories, including online/distance learning formats.
• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course, submission of required assignments/exams, and clearance of all dues.

Parivartan provides placement support (resume building, mock interviews, campus drives) as part of its 100% placement-oriented approach. However, placement assistance does not guarantee a job offer, as it depends on student performance, market conditions, and eligibility criteria of hiring companies.

• Franchise partnerships are governed by a separate Franchise Agreement signed at the time of registration.
• Franchise registration/documentation charges, once paid, are subject to the Refund Policy.
• Franchise partners must operate under Parivartan's brand guidelines and academic standards.

All fees must be paid through the accepted modes (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, NEFT/RTGS) as listed on the student/franchise portal. Fee receipts are generated instantly upon successful payment.

Users agree not to misuse the website, LMS/ERP portal, or student login credentials, and not to share login access with unauthorized persons.

All content on this website, including logos, course material, and study resources, is the property of Parivartan IT and Management College and may not be reproduced without permission.

Parivartan shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of this website or delays/interruptions in online classes due to technical issues beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
